Phosphorus Bronze Round Bar (UNS C51000 / ASTM B139)
Phosphorus Bronze (also written Phosphor Bronze) contains copper, tin, and a trace of phosphorus. This combination delivers excellent spring hardness, fatigue resistance, and corrosion resistance in both fresh and salt water. Aashish Metals stocks Phosphorus Bronze Round Bars in grades C51000, C51100, C52100, and C54400, with tensile strength ranging from 350 MPa to 700 MPa depending on temper.

- Aluminum Bronze Round Bar (UNS C63000 / ASTM B150) : Aluminum Bronze bars offer superior strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance in seawater and many chemicals. They are widely used where high load capacity and resistance to dezincification are required. Aashish Metals supplies grades C63000, C63200, C95400, and C95500 in solid round bars and hollow bars.
- Gun Metal Round Bar (BS 1400 LG2 / UNS C83600) : Gun Metal (Leaded Gunmetal / Red Brass) is a tin-zinc-lead bronze alloy offering excellent castability and pressure tightness. It is preferred for valve bodies, pressure fittings, and pump components. Our Gun Metal round bars are available in LG2, LG4, and RG7 grades, with hardness ranging from 60–75 HB.
- Lead Tin (Leaded Bronze) Round Bar (ASTM B22 / SAE 660) : Lead Tin bronzes also known as Bearing Bronzes — are self-lubricating and ideal for heavy-duty bearing and bushing applications. SAE 660 (C93200) is the most widely used bearing bronze, offering a combination of compressive strength, conformability, and embeddability for rotating machinery.
