Beryllium Copper UNS C17200 Round Bar, also referred to as Alloy 25 is a high-performance copper-beryllium alloy that provides superior strength and conductivity as well as fatigue strength. It is a high quality, manufactured to ASTM B196 and B197 standard and offers high levels of mechanical stability and dimensional accuracy in hard working environments. C17200 round bars provide an even performance in both thermal and mechanical stress with an average hardness of 36 to 43 HRC (HT Temper) and conductivity of 20 to 25 percent IACS.

With Alloy 25 (C17200) in heat-treated form, tensile strength rises to a maximum of approximately 1480 MPa, yield strength rises to a maximum of approximately 1200 Mpa with no elongation of 15 30 by temper (A, AT, HT). High fatigue and wear resistance are offered by Hardness 36-43 HRC and conductivity 20-25% IACS.
