- Machinability : BeCu C17300 has a machinability rate of about 50 and therefore it can find application in high volume machining.
- Welding : C17300 bryllium copper can be welded through soldering, brazing, gas-shielded arc welding, coated metal arc welding, spot welding, seam welding, and butt welding. Welding (Oxy-acetylene) cannot be recommended.
