Inconel Pipe Fittings Supplier in India – 600, 601, 625 & 718 Elbows, Tees & Reducers
Home > Materials > Inconel Products > Inconel Pipe Fittings
A pipeline is as strong as its weakest fitting and in high temperature or corrosive service the weakest fitting is frequently an elbow or reducer of the wrong material. Inconel pipe fittings are there to fill that void and join, turn and reduce Inconel pipe without sacrificing its inherent strength or corrosion resistance. Aashish Metals provide Inconel 600, 601, 625 and 718 elbows, tees, reducers, caps, stub ends and crosses in different type, seamless or welded, buttweld or socket weld with a heat-traceable EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate on every order. Whether it’s a few inconel fittings for a repair job or the entire set for a new job, we machine and finish to ASME B16.9, B16.11 and B16.28 dimensions and can fit 100% radiography and third party inspection. This page explains grades, standards, sizes, pressure classes, applications and price drivers in a simple language, so that our enquiry is completed for you and will be returned as an accurate, quick quote.
What are Inconel pipe fittings?
Inconel pipe fittings are elbows, tees, reducers, caps, stub ends and crosses made from Inconel nickel-chromium alloys such as 600, 601, 625 and 718. They connect and redirect Inconel piping in high-temperature, high-pressure or corrosive service, and are supplied to ASTM B366 / ASME SB366 in buttweld, socket weld and threaded types.
Inconel Pipe Fittings Material Grades
Inconel 625 pipe fittings (UNS N06625)
Alloy 625 is solid-solution strengthened by molybdenum and niobium, which makes it tough, weldable and highly resistant to pitting, crevice attack and chloride stress-corrosion cracking. Inconel 625 pipe fittings and alloy 625 fittings are the usual choice for seawater, offshore, flue-gas and chemical process lines, and it is the most searched grade in this family.
Inconel 600 pipe fittings (UNS N06600)
Alloy 600 resists oxidation to very high temperatures and is immune to chloride stress-corrosion cracking, which is why inconel 600 fittings and inconel 600 pipe fittings turn up in furnaces, heat-treatment lines, nuclear equipment and chemical plants. It is a solid-solution alloy with moderate strength.
Inconel 601 pipe fittings (UNS N06601)
The added aluminium in alloy 601 gives outstanding scale resistance to about 1,150 °C, so inconel 601 pipe fittings are specified for furnace ducting, radiant tube fittings and high-temperature process lines. We supply 601 fittings as socket weld and threaded types; larger buttweld sizes are made to order [confirm lead time].
Inconel 718 pipe fittings (UNS N07718)
718 is precipitation-hardened for high strength, and while it is less common as a standard pipe fitting than 625, we can supply 718 buttweld and forged fittings to drawing for turbine, aerospace and high-pressure service. Condition (solution-treated or aged) should always be specified
A note on Incoloy 825 and 800 pipe fittings
“Incoloy 825 pipe fittings” is technically a different alloy family (iron-nickel-chromium, UNS N08825) rather than Inconel, but it is commonly sold and searched for alongside Inconel fittings because the applications overlap. We stock both: see Incoloy 825 pipe fittings and Incoloy 800/800H/800HT pipe fittings.

Engineer’s quick rule
Corrosion, chlorides and weldability: 625. Extreme heat and scaling in furnace ducting: 601, then 600. Highest strength for turbines or aerospace: 718, made to drawing. Acid service outside the Inconel family: ask about Incoloy 825 or 800. Send us your media, temperature and pressure and we will help you choose.

Inconel vs Other Alloy Pipe Fittings
| Fitting material | Strong at | Weak at | Relative cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Inconel 600 / 601 / 625 / 718 | High-temperature strength, oxidation and chloride resistance | Higher cost than stainless steel | $$$ |
| Hastelloy C276 / C22 | Hot acids, wet chlorine, broad chemical resistance | Highest cost | $$$$ |
| Monel 400 | Hydrofluoric acid, seawater, alkalis | Oxidising acids; lower temperature limit | $$$ |
| Incoloy 825 / 800 series | Acid service (825), carburising and creep (800H/HT) | Lower strength than 718 | $$ |
| Stainless steel 316L / 904L | Moderate corrosion, lower cost | Chlorides, high temperature | $ – $$ |
Not every job needs Inconel. If a Hastelloy, Monel or stainless fitting will do the job, we will say so.

FAQs Inconel Pipe Fittings
They connect, turn and reduce Inconel piping in high-temperature, high-pressure or corrosive lines: furnaces, boilers, chemical reactors, offshore piping and aerospace ducting, where carbon or stainless steel fittings would not hold up.
600 resists oxidation and caustic and chloride cracking at moderate strength. 625 adds molybdenum and niobium for much better pitting, crevice and chloride-cracking resistance, plus good weldability. For mixed or chloride-heavy service, 625 is the usual choice.
Buttweld and forged Inconel fittings are made to ASTM B366 / ASME SB366, with dimensions from ASME B16.9 (buttweld), B16.11 (forged socket weld and threaded) or B16.28 (short radius elbows), and MSS-SP-43 for small sizes.
No. Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825) is an iron-nickel-chromium alloy, a different family from Inconel, though it is often supplied and searched for alongside Inconel fittings because the applications overlap. We stock both.
Yes, primarily as socket weld and threaded types. Larger buttweld 601 fittings can be made to order; confirm size and lead time with us.
Buttweld fittings from 1/2″ to 48″, and forged socket weld and threaded fittings from 1/8″ to 4″, in schedules from SCH 5S up to XXS. Larger or special sizes are made to order.
There is no fixed price, since it depends on grade, fitting type, size, schedule, testing and quantity, and nickel and alloy metals markets move. Send your list or isometric for a current quote.
Need Inconel elbows, tees or reducers that match your pipe?
Send us your grade, fitting types, sizes and quantities, or attach a piping isometric. We will reply with a clear quote and the right certificates.
